End User Support
Unquestionably the most time consuming responsibility in the hosting business is support of end users. This must be 24 x 7 x 365 and becomes an overwhelming task for the individual reseller-developer or the small hosting company. That's why we offer you a support solution that is branded to your name or company and is included in the price of our sample configurations to your right.
Of course you can select any of our dedicated plans and use them to host your customers and provide your own support. We will be pleased to work with you to help you select a hosting system that suits your needs.
Billing
We bill you and you bill your end users.
Designed So You Can Make a Fair Profit
When you lease one of our hosting servers we set you up with your brand and provide you with quality support and servers for a reasonable fee. You can, of course, lease any of our servers and resell space to your customers with your own support. The server package on your right includes support for as many as 500 domains.
Your monthly cost for this server including branded support to your customers is just $575 monthly. Assuming you hosted 150 customers you could provide each with approximately 3.5 GB of server space and 50 GB of monthly transfer without overselling a thing. You provide them with first class RAID1 redundant hosting and we even include MSSQL 2003 for which most providers would charge at least $200 a month extra. We feel you could easily sell this hosting service at $15 a month and let each of your customers host up to 3-4 Websites each. This server can easily handle that many mid-sized sites without issue. So for 150 customers your gross income is $2,250.00. A nice profit for you; great hosting for your customers; and enough time to grow your business.
We priced this same server at three competitor sites and the price ranged from $490 per month to $2060 per month. Of course that did not include branded support for resellers or developers.
