You may cancel your account anytime before 30 days from the date of your welcome email and we will refund 100% of any set up fees and 95% of your first month payment without reservation. If you keep your server with us, and all payments are current, we further guarantee that your monthly lease fee will not increase.

We do not offer a money back guarantee on server specials. However, we recommend you purchase your server by paying only the first month's lease. If you are happy with it, you can then pay set up fees and upgrades. Should you decide to cancel the server you would get 50% of your first month's lease payment returned to you.
